Who You Are:

• A compassionate and caring individual with a desire to help others.
• You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in companion or personal care (preferred).
• You possess a valid HHA Certificate or CNA License.
• You’re a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You’re a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• You’re detail-oriented and adaptable to meet the changing needs of your clients.
• You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to create a positive environment.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and report any changes to the care team.
• Attend required training programs to stay up-to-date on best practices.
